All workouts are about 20-50 minutes in length + include a warm-up and cool-down.
Many of the workouts have a theme (see second FAQ) and based on your fitness level, can be done as your primary workout OR you can stack 'em to make your workout 40-60 minutes.
The majority of the workouts are comprised primarily of functional strength-based circuits; therefore, are HIIT in nature given the circuit structure of each class (not be be confused with high-impact). Modifications are given for all fitness levels.
My programming promotes improvements in cardiovascular fitness + muscular strength and endurance — an equation for positively altering your body composition (burning fat/weight loss + building muscle/toning)!

BANDED BURN is a 20-minute(ish) workout to sculpt different areas of the body using the resistance of a mini loop band. You'll never need more than a mat and mini loop bands for these workouts.
BODYWEIGHT BURN is a 20-minute(ish) workout using the weight of your body. I dare you to let me show you how effective these workouts are! You'll never need more than a mat for these workouts.
THE EMOM EFFECT is a 20-minute(ish) workout and is just what it sounds! We'll do 1-3 EMOMs for a quick, effective, sweaty workout! You'll never need more than a mat, a light and/or medium set of dumbbells and sliders for these workouts.
RISE + SLIDE is a 20-minute(ish) workout and puts a HOOK'D FITNESS spin on Pilates! It's the perfect mix of low-impact slider exercises and bodyweight movements for an at-home sweaty sculpt workout. You'll never need more than a mat and sliders for these workouts.
Do these classes on their own or stack 'em with another 20-minute class (or two)! That's the beauty of these 20-minute(ish) workouts — whether you're in a rush, want to get your blood flowin' on an active recovery day or are just getting started on your fitness journey, I PROMISE you can set aside at least 20 minutes to move your body each day...and honestly, sometimes that’s all you need!
You'll never need more than a mat, a light (2-8 lbs) and medium (10-15 lbs) set of dumbbells, mini loop bands and sliders (paper plates or dish towels work too depending on your surface).
I recommend optional Bala bangles (ankle/wrist weights) in some workouts for an added burn too!

Variety is crucial in order to keep challenging yourself and progressing toward your goals. New workouts are typically added weekly to the on-demand workout library but I'm currently very pregnant so this is on pause — in the meantime, I challenge you to try all of the current on-demand workouts until then (no single workout is the same)!

Fit x3-5* on-demand, virtual workouts into your schedule each week — anytime, anywhere! By following this format, you'll build a realistic workout routine that you're motivated by! I promise the variety of workouts will keep it fun yet challenging.
On your rest days, I recommend active recovery. Active recovery includes low-intensity activities such as a power walk, a light jog, stretching, a gentle yoga session, etc. These active recovery days will help ease soreness and reduce muscle fatigue so you're ready to GO the next day. If you just need a day or two to fully recover/rest — DO IT. Listen to your body!
*x5 workouts/week is based on an intermediate fitness level. If you're just starting your fitness journey, I recommend trying x3 workouts/week. Modifications are given for every fitness level in each workout!
