2-ON-1 IN-PERSON TRAINING SESSION
Working out with a friend is ALWAYS a good idea!
Service Description
Book 2-on-1 training sessions with me at my home studio. For extra accountability, bring your bestie, significant other...whoever! Depending on your fitness goals, I'll design a program for the both of you! EACH SESSION IS 50 MINUTES-1 HOUR. If you'd like to book an in-person training session for a small group (3+ people), please send me an email at info@hookdfitness.com. Pricing varies based on group size and location. If you're a new client, you'll receive a New Client Questionnaire within 24 hours of booking your first session. PLEASE COMPLETE THIS QUESTIONNAIRE PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST SESSION. This questionnaire will allow me to understand your current health + lifestyle and fitness goals. Don't get it twisted, our first session together will be a workout – with foundational movements to assess your form, fitness level, endurance as well as to understand your strengths and areas for improvements. YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY IS MY PRIORITY. I allow at least 15 minutes between each session to properly disinfect the studio. Face coverings are not required if you're fully vaccinated.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a personal training session, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance of your session's start time. Any cancellation or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours of your session's start time will result in the loss of a session. If you sign up for a virtual group class and can't attend, the recording will be emailed to you no later than 1-2 hours after the completion of the workout. The recording is valid for 72 hours.
