HUSTLE HARD – VIRTUAL GROUP CLASS
MAKE 40 MINUTES FOR YOURSELF EVERY WEDNESDAY!
Service Description
HUSTLE HARD is a 40-minute functional strength-based workout, and is HIIT in nature given the circuit structure of each class (not be be confused with high impact as there are modifications for all levels) – which is ideal for burning fat + improving both muscular strength and endurance. The workout will include a warm-up, a full body circuit followed by a focused (core, glute, lower body OR upper body) mini circuit and cool-down. LET’S HUSTLE HARD! This heart pumping workout is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. If possible, please come prepared to each workout with the following equipment: - Mat - A light (5-8 lbs) and heavy (10-15 lbs) set of dumbbells - Mini loops bands - Sliders (dish towels or paper plates work too depending on your surface!) If you sign-up and cannot attend the live workout OR just want to do the workout on your own time, the recording will be emailed to you no later than 1 hour after the completion of the workout. The recording is valid for 72 hours. NOTE: Pricing plans/packages are available and provide you with a discounted per session price. If you have a pricing plan/package, you must be logged in to access and book your sessions.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a personal training session, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance of your session's start time. Any cancellation or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours of your session's start time will result in the loss of a session. If you sign up for a virtual group class and can't attend, the recording will be emailed to you no later than 1-2 hours after the completion of the workout. The recording is valid for 72 hours.
